Ingredients:
- 1 Bob’s Red Mill Brown Sugar and Maple GF Oatmeal Cup
- 1 cup of fresh berries or diced fresh fruit
- 3 tbsp lemon juice, divided
- 3 tbsp melted butter or olive oil, divided
Preheat the oven to 375. Grease two ramekins and set on a baking sheet.
Mix together the fruit, 1/2 of the oatmeal cup, 2 tsp of the lemon juice and 1 tsp of the butter. Divide the mixture between the two ramekins.
Add the remaining lemon juice and butter to the rest of the oatmeal, stir together and sprinkle on top of the ramekins. Bake for 20-22 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling. Cool and enjoy!
