Here’s what you’ll need:
-2 lbs chicken wings
-1 1/2 cups of your favorite root beer
-1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
-2 tbsp of brown sugar
Here’s what to do:
Put chicken wings in a slow cooker. Pour 1/2 cup of bbq sauce over wings. Pour 12oz of root beer into slow cooker.
Stir, cover, and cook on high for 2-2 1/2 hrs. Give a quick stir every 30-45 mins.
Remove wings from slow cooker and set on plate to drain. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place wings on a baking sheet. Using the other 1/2 cup of the bbq sauce, brush each wing with sauce. Sprinkle each wing with brown sugar.
Flip each wing and repeat steps 7 and 8. Bake for 10mins. Plate and serve!
