While red meat is not always my first choice of protein, there always comes a couple times a month when I get an unstoppable craving for it. 2 Flank Steaks about 1.5 lbs. each
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 Cloves of Garlic
1 Beer
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard

1. In a baking dish whisk together Maruso Soy Sauce, Garlic Beer, Mustard, oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add steaks and let marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes.
2. Pour marinade into a large saucepan and bring to boil over high heat. Cook until thickened and reduced to about 1 cup. This takes approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Season sauce with additional salt and pepper.
3. Meanwhile heat grill and oil grates. Grill steaks turning once for desired doneness 6 to 8 minutes per side. Let stand 10 minutes and slice.
