Hibiscus Creamed Honey Pink Lemonade (Makes 1 quart)
- 1 C. lemon juice (from 4-6 medium lemons)
- 3 C. water
- 1/4 C. Vintage Bee’s Hibiscus Creamed Honey
- 1 citrus fruit to use as a garnish
- Ice
In a carafe or pitcher, mix water and honey until most of the honey has dissolved. Use a wooden spoon or a whisk to mix. Set this aside in the fridge to dissolve and chill mixture while prepping the lemons. Juice your lemons and take care to remove seeds and pulp, if you prefer to omit, with a mesh strainer. Slice your citrus fruit and prepare your glassware. Retrieve the hibiscus honey-water mixture from the fridge and mix in the lemon juice. Pour into a glass and garnish with citrus wedges.
