Green Olive Citrus Tapenade
- 1 ½ cups Pitted Green Olives
- 1 Tbsp. capers
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped,
- 2 spring rosemary
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ orange, juiced
- 1 tsp. chopped orange zest
- black pepper to taste
Combine ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until blended to a coarse puree. Makes about 1 cup tapenade.
