Mexican Chocolate Muffins:
Prepare batter according to package directions.
Mix in:
2 TBSP cocoa powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp espresso powder
1/4 chili powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Bake according to package directions.
Southern Charm Muffins:
Prepare batter according to package directions.
Mix in:
1 cup diced fresh peaches
1/2 cup crumbled bacon
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 salt
Bake according to package directions.
Peanut Butter + Banana Muffins:
Prepare batter according to package directions (but reduce oil to 1/4 cup)
Mix in:
1 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup chopped peanuts
Bake according to package directions.
