When it comes to mojitos, simpler is usually better. But adding the refreshing taste of pomegranate only makes this classic cocktail more delicious. And while it tastes like it should be complicated to put together, this pomegranate mojito is actually super simple.
Here’s what you need:
1/2 ounce simple syrup
5-6 mint leaves
1 ounce pomegranate juice
2 ounces white rum
club soda
mint and pomegranate arils for garnish
Here’s what to do:
Muddle the syrup and mint in the bottom of a Collins glass. Then add the pomegranate juice and stir to thoroughly combine. Fill the glass with ice, then pour in the rum slowly, and then fill with club soda. Top with a mint spring and pomegranate arils.
