Here’s what you’ll need:
1 bunch kale
Olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Here’s what to do:
Preheat the oven to 300°F.
Wash the kale leaves and dry thoroughly. Cut the center stem out of each leaf and cut the leaves into large pieces. Toss the leaves with enough olive oil to coat them, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
On a Silpat-lined baking sheet, lay out all the leaves in a single layer, and place in the oven. After 15 minutes, flip the leaves and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, until leaves are crisp but not brown. Enjoy with your favorite dip or just on their own!
