Folks on a gluten-free diet are used to getting asked questions. Problem is, a lot of the time they’re questions that get a little annoying or even inconsiderate - from people who don’t quite get the diet or don’t get how serious it can be to stick with it. These questions, on the other hand, are things that will make your gluten-free family and friends very happy - because they’ll show that you understand what they’re going through and you’re here to support them.
