I plan on seizing the day by getting more organized and downsizing my stuff so my daughter will not be overloaded with stuff when I die. I have a house full of things I collected and can’t possibly use up in the next 30 years.

I want to seize the day by finally taking control of my weight. I have a two year old son and I put myself to the side. I still need to keep myself accountabke and healthy and sometimes we need a reminder of that. I have lost 25 so far and have no intention of stopping!
I’m going to seize the day by cleaning up my room. My aunt says I’m starting to look like a hoarder. Lol.
I’ll be turning 40 in January and plan to seize the day by going on my first cruise.
I plan to seize the day and Jerry by kicking it off with going back to school making sure I am living a healthy lifestyle and working towards getting a new car. It’s great working hard to your goals and seeing your hard work pays off.

I’m going to seize the day in January by making myself a schedule so I can start working out again. I have a back surgery next week, so hopefully once that’s healed, I’ll be able to work out, after 10 years of back pain!

My seize the day “focus” for January, is to slow down, and well, ‘seize the day’. I want to stop putting pressure on myself to finish that workout, eat the “right foods”, clean the house, work harder. These are all characteristics I have, but they can take away from the beautiful things in life, like when my kids come home and want to show me their artwork from school, but my brain automatically focuses on the fact that they have just thrown their coats and shoes wherever, etc, etc. I want to listen to what my mind, body and soul truly wants and not what I think it HAS to want/do.
I plan on seizing the day by trying to embrace winter this year. Our family has a dog so we need to go outside in the cold and snow to walk her every day. I also want to teach my kids that winter can be fun! Obviously having some healthy snacks and cozy hot chocolate on standby helps too!
I’m going to seize the day with better health….by exercising and dieting while eating healthy and healthy snacks….That is the reason why I subscribed to love with food because I was very sick and I wanted to get healthy…..I purchased the Tiffany Thiessen box and everything was delicious even my kids loved it…..And they are very picky eaters…..
I was in the Outer Banks in March and visited the small island of Okracoke and fell in love with the island. I said I was going back and I just booked a three week trip for January to go. Me and my dog Elvis will do a road trip. Saving my “love” box from December to take on the trip. Plan to read, knit, walk and get energized for the New Year.
I plan on seizing the day every day with a more healthy breakfast. I have already started the move by stopping my bad fastfood breakfast and switching to a bowl of oatmeal. It’s going great so far! I’m planning on changing each of my meals one at a time to hopefully break my bad habits and stick with the new habits.

In January I am going to seize the day by taking my life back from the ulcerative colitis I’ve been battling for 9 years. I am scheduled to have my large intestine taken out Jan 9th and after recovery I will be working towards getting my life back, eating healthy and exercising more.
I am going to seize the day all throughout January and the months to come by trying to just be more and more happier each and everyday. For these past few months things haven’t been going so great for me and I need to stop letting the negativity effect my life so greatly; life’s too short and it needs to be lived to the fullest. Seizing the whole darn year by starting a new business helping amazing peeps create income streams by showing them step-by-step how to write and e-book on what they’re passionate about and putting it online, therefore making making money while they sleep really.
