Is fried ice cream a Mexican dessert? There’s definitely a debate about the origins of this dessert. Is it Mexican, Tex-Mex or simply an American invention? Wherever it came from, it sure TASTES GOOD! Here’s how to make it:

Step 1: Get The Ingredients

Step 2: Dip Ice Cream in Cornflakes and Cookie Crumbs
- Mix cornflakes and cookie crumbs
- Dip ice cream in the crumbs mixture. Freeze for 30 minutes.

Step 3: Dip Ice Cream Balls in Egg and Crumb Mixture
- Beat egg and sugar. Dip frozen ice cream balls into egg mixture.
- Then roll in the crumb mixture again
