How to Make Chocolate Overload Cheesecake
What’s better than ending a meal with a cold decadent dessert, especially during a steamy hot summer? Chocolate Overload Cheesecake, how can you refuse? Here’s how to make it:
Step 1: Get The Ingredients
- You’ll need butter, cocoa, chocolate graham crackers, chocolate chips, cream cheese, sugar, corn starch, eggs, sour cream, instant coffee and heavy cream.

Step 2: Make Cheesecake Base
- Put graham crackers in food processor and grind till fine. Then add butter and cocoa.
- Press the crumbs into the bottom of the pan tightly. Then freeze.

Step 3: Make Cheesecake Filling
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and corn starch (or custard powder).
- Then add eggs, yolks and sour cream. Mix well.
- Melt chocolate and mix into batter.

Step 4: Ready to Bake
- Wrap outside of spring form pan with foil.
- Put pan into roasting pan and fill half way with hot water. Bake for 45mins - 1 hour.

Step 5: Chill in Fridge then Serve
- Once it’s cooled, chill in fridge overnight or at least a few hours.
