    Delicious paneer methi with green tomattos
    Ingredients
    1)Paneer cubs=1cup
    2)green tomattoes chopped= 1 cup
    3)1serving spoon dry methyl=1serving spoon
    4)fine chopped ginger=1rice spoon
    5)green chilli paste=1 tea spoon or to taste
    6)roughly grinded coriander=1rice spoon
    7)salt to taste
    8)rosted grinded jeera=1 tea spoon
    9)oil=2 rice spoon
    For garnish
    1)very ine chopped green tomato=1 serving spoon
    2)fine chopped coriander=1serving spoon





    Directions


    1)keep a pan on the gas (full flame)
    2)add oil ,when its hot add paneer stir it (till the moisture goes)
    3)then add tomatoes and methi keep stiring for 1 to 2 minutes
    4) now its ready to serve
    5) garnish with chopped tomattos and coriander

    use fresh paneer(cottage cheese)
