Ingredients
1 onion roll
1 egg
1 slice salami
honey mustard
cheese of your choice, I like monterey jack
Directions
Slice roll in half
Spread honey mustard on both halves
Place salami and cheese on bottom half.
Put bottom half under broiler till cheese is melted
Fry egg in pan over high.
Salt and pepper egg.
Place lid on to allow yolk to get a film over it.
Remove egg and place on sandwich on top of cheese
