I am Diabetic, have Celiac Disease, and a Hiatal Hernia. It's hard to find something good that a heavy person can sit down and eat without any worries. I can't wait to try these cookies. I dearly love Vanilla Chocolate Chip so it would be a great treat to try. I want to be able to eat healthier.
