· Chicken breast(skinless, boneless) 2pounds
· Almonds 6
· Garlic 8 cloves
· Green pepper (seeded n chopped) 6
· Fresh Ginger (peeled) 1 inch
· Lemon juice 1
· Heavy Cream 1/2 cup
· Fresh Cilantro (chopped) 1 cup
· Butter 2tbsp
· Salt to taste
1. Take chicken halves and cut them into 1-1/2 inch pieces.
2. Soak almonds in water for 15-20mins and drain.
3. Blend well almonds, peppers, garlic, ginger and cilantro.
4. Add salt to it and blend it with lemon juice and cream.
5. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and add chicken in it.
6. Marinate the chicken well.
7. Cover the bowl and leave it in refrigerator for 24hours.
8. Slightly oil the preheated grill or pan.
9. Remove the chicken from the marinade and thread onto the skewers.
10. Brush chicken with butter.
11. Arrange the skewers on hot grate or pan.
12. Cook them well from all sides.
13. Reshmi kababs are ready to serve.
