  • Ingredients


    1 pkg. 12 oz. Fresh Spinach
    1 cup roasted red peppers,not in vinegar
    1 cup feta cheese crumbles
    1 can dough (like Pilsbury breadsticks)
    1 tbs olive oil
    5 garlic cloves, sliced thin
    1 egg beaten
    salt & pepper to taste





    Directions


    Preheat oven to 350. Place oil in saute pan & add garlic, saute for 1 minute...then add spinach. Cook until wilted. Set aside. Now roll out dough to approx 14" x 8". Place spinach onto dough & spread to edges. Now top with roasted red peppers then feta cheese. Roll up & place seam side down on pizza pan sprayed with non fat cooking spray. Brush beaten egg over intire roll. Bake for approx. 20 minutes. Slice into approx 12 slices...leave in the shape of the roll & serve!

    Just love to experiment - sausage,mushrooms,Mozarella or cream cheese would also be super good!
