aspiring wraps rolls
1 pound Ground Chicken
2 cans baby shrimp
1 small pk crab meat chopped
1 pack rick noodle thin bean thread style soaked in hot wated and cut into shorter strings.
1 yam shreaded
1 onion minced
2 eggs
1 portabella Mushroom chopped
1 teas. Onion Power
1 teas. Garlic salt
1/2 teas. parsley
50 Egg roll wraps sold in freezer at asian market
Sauce dip: 1 Cup Hoisin Sauce and 1 Cup Peanut Butter.
Mix all ingredience together, separate wraps, fill with mixture roll up1/2 way fold in sides and roll the rest of the way. fry in 300 degrees hot oil or I prefer a cast iron pan 1/4 with oil and turn after 2 Minutes on each side , lay on paper towels, dip in sweet and sour sause or a mix of 1/2 hoisen sauce and 1/2 peanut butter mixed. rolls in a leaf of lettuce dip and enjoy.
Very tasty , somwhat like spring rolls.

I think it would be best to use fresh baby shrimps rather than in can...thanks for sharing. I'll try it this week.
