3/8 C. Thai Peanut Sauce (Starport 222R)
10 oz. Chicken breast, sliced 1x1x1/4"
1 med. Red bell pepper, sliced 2x1/4"
1 med. Green bell pepper, sliced 2x1x1/4
2 oz. Red onion, sliced
2 Tbsp.Vegetable oil
1. Slice chicken and set aside.
2. Cut bell peppers and red onion and set aside.
3. Heat saute pan at high heat, add oil then red onions and saute about 20 seconds.
4. Add chicken in pan and spread out evenly to sear the chicken for 30 seconds, stir-fry about 5 minutes then add in bell peppers and saute another minute.
5. Add Thai Peanut Sauce another minute until done.
Easy to make spicy and peanutty stir-fry dish.
