Ground Turkey Lean
Extra virgin Olive oil
Mushrooms
Onions
Spinach
Garlic
1/2 cup Italian Bread crumbs or Panko Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
1 Egg White
1/2 cup of Sauce or Ketchup

In a pan saute mushroom, garlic, and onions about 10 mins (set aside)
In a large mixing bowl
Combine:
Ground Turkey, spinach, egg, and sauce
mix together and add mushrooms, garlic, onions and bread crumbs
Mix all together, turkey sound be moist.
Form the turkey into loaf. Place in a deep dish cooking pan.
Cook 45-50 minutes temp should read 180 degrees
