1- gallon apple cider				
1 cup orange juice					
1-cup sugar						
4 oz package of apple chips
3 cinnamon sticks
1 cup orange juice					
1-cup sugar
Butterscotch liquor (optional)
Sour apple liquor (optional)						
*Put orange juice, sugar, cinnamon sticks and cloves in a pot.  
*Bring to a boil, then simmer for5-7 minutes.  
*Add this mixture to the apple cider. 
* Stir and add apple chips and lemon slices.  
*Serve from a punch bowl or a glass dispenser.
* To make Caramel Apple martini, add 1 shot of butterscotch liquor and 1 shot of sour apple liquor to each individual serving.
Out east on Long Island we go apple and pumpkin picking every year. I bought some fresh apple cider and wanted to serve it at a neighborhood Halloween gathering I was having. I came up with this recipe for spiced apple cider, which I thought all the children would love. For the adults, my daughter and I turned it into a fun, seasonal cocktail. It was such a hit that I decided to make it for Thanksgiving. I filled a glass dispenser and everyone could choose if they wanted the cocktail or the virgin beverage!
