saute butter, garlic (1-2)cloves,onion in skillet. Add pork loin chops and cook. In a seperate pot, soak bean thread noodles until soft. clean shrimp, and cut green onions. scramble 2 eggs, set aside. saute butter, garlic, and onions again and add softened bean thread noodles, pork(chopped), shrimp, and heat through.add paprika, till noodles turn orange. add salt n pepper, lemon juice (to taste), add green onions, and egg. can be served w/ soy sauce, and lemon wedge.
we make this in abundance for holidays, so I cook a pork butt roast, and add more noodles. This is a holiday staple at our house. Enjoy
