2 filet mignons
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons paprika
pinch of cinnamon
2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons butter
Mix dry ingredients and rub over filet. Heat butter in a pan over medium high heat. Saute filets for 5-7 minutes each side, turning just once. Tip them on their sides to sear in the sides as well. Let rest for 7-10 minutes.
