7 ounces uncooked penne pasta
1 cup halved black olives
6 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into thin strips
4 ounces salami, cut into thin strips
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons cider or red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1) Cook pasta according to directions on the box. Drain and rinse in cold water. Drizzle some olive oil over cooked pasta to prevent pasta from sticking.
2) In a large bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, basil, oregano and garlic powder. Mix well.
3) Toss in the rest of the ingredient. Toss well. Chill in fridge till ready to serve.
