· Undercut beef 500gm
· Fresh ginger 5-6cloves (roughly Chopped)
· Garlic 2inch (roughly chopped)
· Runner beans 250gm(cut into 3inches piece)
· Tomato 2 (discard seeds, cut into strips)
· Stock 1 cup
· Oyster sauce 3-4tbsp
· Black pepper 1tsp crushed
· Green chili 4-5 crushed
· White vinegar 2-3 tbsp
· Spring onions 2 Chopped
· Oil 2-3tbsp
· Onion 1(cut into thick slices)
· Corn flour 1 tbsp (dissolve in water)
Direction
1. Cut beef into thin strips about 3inches in length.
2. Heat a well seasoned wok or large on non-stick frying pan over a high heat.
3. Add 1 tbsp of the oil and fry garlic cloves and ginger.
4. Then put meat into the pan stir fry and cook for 3minutes until the meat turn into light browned.
5. Ad black pepper, oyster sauce, green chilli, white vinegar and mix well.
6. After 1minute add runner beans, onion and tomatoes tossing frequently.
7. Then add stock, stir fry.
8. Add and slowly mix corn flour.
9. Then gravy will stick vegetables and beef.
10. Add spring onions and after 20 seconds.
11. Remove from heat and place into large serving platter.
12. Serve immediately.
