4 fillets of salmon (1 fillet per person)
4 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper
4 - 5 bunches of fresh rosemary sprigs, keep some for garnish
1 orange or lemon
Recommended Products
1) Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
2) Cut orange or lemon into thin slices.
3) Prepare 4 pieces of tin foil, large enough to wrap one fillet.
4) Place one salmon fillet on one of the tin foils. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil, some salt and pepper. Place sprigs of rosemary and lemon/orange slices on top of the salmon. Repeat this step for the remaining salmon fillets.
5) Wrap each salmons in the tin foil and place them in a large roasting pan.
6) Roast for 15 minutes or till internal temperate reaches 145 F.
7) When cooked, place salmon on platter and garnish with fresh rosemary and lemon wedges.
