1 Lamb roast
5 Potatoes peeled and cut into quarters
1 c. Mushrooms
2 med or 1 large Onion chopped
1 c. Red wine
1 T. Paprika
1 T. Rosemary
1 T. Salt
water
Place all ingredients except water into a slow cooker. Stir.
Add enough water to cover the roast.
Place slow cooker on high for 3 hours.
Stir before serving.
This can be done on low overnight if you want.
I love slow cook recipes. They are so easy, just throw everything in ONE pot and let it work it's magic!
