1 can peas
5 slices Hormel bacon
2 T sugar
1 T soy sauce
Cook bacon so that the bacon is crispy. Remove from pan and drain majority of oil.
Add can of peas and sugar and soysauce. Over medium heat,add a quarter cup of water, stir, and cook until peas are heated through and the water has evaporated.
Crumble bacon, sprinkle on top, stir and serve.
Mom always made this to get us to eat peas.
