    4)cucumber grated=1 serving spoon
    5)fat less paneer grated=1rice spoon
    6)low fat cream=100gm
    7)honey=2rice spoon
    8)lemon juice=2 rice spoon
    9)salt to taste
    10)roughly grinded black pepper=1 tea spoon

    In a big bowl put all the ingredients and mix it very well ,make the sandwitches with this mixture and serve in the serving dish
