1 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 package frozen vegetable mix. I used corn, green beans, and carrot mix.
1 cup water
In a pressure cooker, add chicken and frozen vegetables. Using high setting cook for 30 minutes. Release pressure. Course chop chicken breast and add all to blender. Blend until smooth. You may need to add a small amount of water to keep a nice smooth consistency. Pour into jars and serve when cool, or freeze for later.
