    NOTE:

    Personal Creation

  • Ingredients

1/2 c. dry quick cooking oats (not instant)
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of sea salt
    2 tbs dried cranberries

1 cup really strong Organic Cranberry Green Tea (or any fruit flavored tea)

    Directions

Boil the water and let the tea brew until it is twice as strong as you would normally drink.

In a microwave safe bowl add the oats, cinnamon and salt, toss with your hands.

Pour the tea into the bowl and microwave on high for 1.5-2 minutes or until it reaches your desired consistency.

    Add the cranberries and enjoy!

    Chef's Note & Story
