15 oz Ramen noodle
2 Carrots
8 tablespoons Minced Scallion
1 lb Pork Loin Center Cut Chop
4 stalks Celery
8 tablespoons Peanut Butter
4 tablespoons Peanuts, Crushed
8 tablespoons White wine Vinegar
8 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons Chopped Garlic Clove
2 teaspoons Chopped Ginger
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1.Cut pork into half inch slices. Cut carrot and celery into juliennes-style.
2.Make sauce. In a bowl, combine, peanut butter, white wine vinegar, soy sauce, chopped garlic clove and chopped ginger. Mix well.
3.In a sauce pan, boil water and cook ramen noodle followed by the direction of the package.
4.In a frying pan, heat oil and cook pork until browns. Add carrot and celery, and cook until tender. Reduce heat and add the peanut butter sauce. Stir well. Then add scallion.
5.Place cooked ramen noodle on the plate. Pour the sauce over the noodle. Sprinkle peanuts on top.
Easy preparation, economical but delicious food.
