1 lb Ground Chicken
1 small carrot
1/2 Onion
1 Garlic Clove
4 tablespoons Panko/Bread Crumbs
4 tablespoons Milk
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 Egg
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 oz Block Cheddar Cheese
1 tablespoon Apple Jam
1.Chop onion, carrot and garlic clove. In a frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté them for 4-5 minutes. Let it stand.
2.Soak Panko crumbs in milk. Cut cheddar cheese into small cubes.
3.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
4.In a bowl, combine ground chicken, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix well.
5.Then add egg, sautéed onion, carrot and garlic, soaked panko, apple jam and cheddar cheese to the bowl. Mix well.
6.Place the mixture on the lightly greased aluminum foil and shape it long cylinder. Brush 1 tablespoon of olive oil on surface, wrap the meatloaf and place it on the baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Cheddar cheese come out like lava when you cut the meatloaf. If you are cheese lover, add more cheese. Apple jam makes the taste of meatloaf more flavorful.
