For a gluten free cookie these are great. I can think of several friends who can't eat gluten who would appreciate them. For a regular cookie these are pretty good, I preferred the Black Sesame and the Genmai Toasted Brown Rice flavors to the Green Tea but they all were decent. I'd love to see some other flavors, maybe mango or chai spice or adzuki beans

Super tasty, super delectable and super cute! If only the base wasn't soy...I'm sad now, I can't have these as often as I would like but as a special treat, I'd do it, so take that!!! If you love shortbread and want to kick it up a notch, then this is a must try cookie for everyone!
