The creative chefs at Kyotofu have launched a gluten-free line of baked goods using the proprietary gluten-free flour, Cup4Cup. Cup4Cup was developed at the French Laundry by Lena Kwak, who partnered with renowned Chef Thomas Keller to share this amazing replacement for all-purpose flour with the world.

The quality/consistency of the shortbread was good, but the flavors weren't really all there for me. I would have liked more "Wow!"
