With the creation of Sweet Inspiration Chocolate Company I have been able to dream up fantastic chocolates and design beautiful gift boxes.
I have had a love affair with food my whole life.
My first food company was formed in England where I produced
the first granola in Europe.
My second love is writing lyrics and performing. During my stay in England I formed a punk rock band, "Mande Dahl." I have recorded many original" grrrl" power songs and have played in London, Boston and New York.
My third, and greatest love is my daughter, Grace, watching her grow into the beautiful young woman she is, has been a wonderful and on-going thrill.
Life is good, and eating well is the best medicine in the world.
