I was trying to decide how to use up the rest of the Easter ham. I went through the cabinets and saw that I had a bag of white Northern beans. So White beans and rice it will be. I also found that I had tons of radishes and spinach in my refrigerator; that was leftover from a cold food platter competition that I had competeted in over the weekend. So i decided to saute the spinach and sliced radishes in some butter and garlic to go along with it.
