French fries, probably one of America's best invention! My kids love them, everyone loves them. It's such an addictive junk food. Every time I asked my kids where they would like to go eat, McDonald's is always the answer. Should I blame them for getting my kids and the rest of America (including myself) hooked on french fries?

I decided to take matters into my own hands. I want to continue to feed my kids one of their favorite foods but also keep them healthy. I created this healthy rendition of one of America's unhealthy, greasy food - French Fries!
