Doggy bag...doggy bag - food that saves the day when I have no time to cook! However, sometimes I do get sick of eating the same left over the same day. I had a doggy bag of leftover chicken breast and some mash potatoes. I didn't want to eat the same thing again, so I added my personal twist and turned it into delicious potatoes cakes!
