fresh mushrooms
fresh garlic

large thin pepperoni

a store bought thin crust
pizza sauce any will do
parm cheese
16 oz of mozzerella cheese
take a 1/2 lb of hot sausage and cook it up in a pan till its cooked then while your cooking it add garlic 2 cloves,1 bell green pepper diced and an onion diced add your mushrooms now when the meat is cooked drain it with all those ingredients still in the pan .put back in pan after draining it. saute the rest of the food in the pan for about 10 min on low with about 3tbls of olive oil.. while that cooks get your crust ready by taking a brush and brushing some olive oil on the entire crust.. now take your sauce put it all over the bottom of the crust now put about 4oz of cheese on the top of the sauce then I lay the pepperoni ontop then put all your ingredients on the top spreading it to the edge, then put the rest of the cheese on top and cook for 15 min on 325...
you can use any type of green pepper , red ones are very colorful and sweet, yellow ones are good too. my favorite though is a green pepper I like that smoky flavor that it has when cooked. My husband enjoys my pizza though not the veggies.... salute
