  • Ingredients


    Package of whole Wheat Pasta
    1 cup of peas (frozen) or can
    1 cup of spinach (fresh)
    1 onion
    3 cloves of garlic
    4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
    Pinch of salt
    Pepper as desire





    Directions


    Cook pasta according to package

    In a pan
    Saute' garlic and onion with olive oil cook about 3 to 4 minutes add peas and spices and cook for addition 5-10 minutes

    While pasta is cooking add spinach to boiling water. Drain pasta and combine all ingredients to a large mixing bowl.

    Serve immediately

    Spinkle with cheese if desire.
