6 slices Salami
8 oz Cream cheese
1/2 cup Sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. Butter Nut extract
12 Carmels, 6 diced very small and 6 whole
Spray a muffin tin with non stick spray. Place Salami in the cups to form cups. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, egg & extract until smooth. Fold in carmel pieces, reserving the whole carmels for garnish. Spoon mixture into Salami cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Top with a whole carmel. Enjoy!
