1 Whole pomfret fish - cleaned
2 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoon chilly powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
5 teaspoon of oil
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
Salt as per taste
Cooking:
Create marination by mixing 1 teaspoon of oil, Chilly powder, Lemon juice, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt in a bowl.
Rub the mixture to pomfret fish let it marinate for 15 mins.
Heat oil in a pan and cook the marinated pomfret for 10 mins.
Serve hot with roti or rice.
