2 16 oz boxes of Pasta (Bow-tie, Elbows, Rotini, or any kind with crevasses)
1/2 Sweet Vidalia Onion, finely chopped
3 - 4 ribs of Celery, finely sliced
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, & celery salt, to taste
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain & rinse in cold water until completely cooled. Transfer to large bowl.
Add Mayo, onion, celery, tuna, & seasoning. Mix together & chill for 1-2 hour's so its nice & cold.
Enjoy, its very good!
You'll want to use a pasta that will "hold onto" or cling the other ingredients in the pasta. This way the flavor will be on every piece.
