    NOTE:

    Personal Creation

  • Ingredients

    2 12oz. boxes Tri-color pasta
1 small can sliced black olives
1 small jar salad green olives with pimentos
1 8 oz. bottle of your favorite Italian dressing
    2 oz. Feta cheese
    2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
1 quarter of a red onion, diced
1 quarter Sweet Vidalia Onion, diced
1/2 each of green, yellow, red & orange bell peppers, coarsely chopped
Seasoning, like salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder or your favorite, to taste.

    Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. You can add some seasoning to the water if you want.
Once pasta is cooked al dente, rinse in cold water. Make sure it is as cold as possible & set aside.
Drain the can & jar of olives so that as much of the juice as possible is gone.
You'll want to chop the onions as finely as possible.
The peppers should be chopped to about 1 inch size.
Once all the prep work is done, it is just a matter of mixing it all together in a large bowl & then letting it get cold in the fridge.
You can adjust the flavor by adding more or less Italian dressing &/or seasonings.
    Enjoy!
