1 pound of potatoes
4 eggs
1 packet of beer yeast
4 ounces of sugar
a little of cinnamon
1 lemon
2 pounds of flour
Mix together eggs, boiled potatoes, flour, beer yeast, 1 spoon of sugar and lemon zest until the mixture is homogeneous.
Place covered to rise.
Divide the dough in many rings and fry in hot oil. Once cooked, still hot, dip them in sugar and a little of cinnamon.
You can have fun creating different shapes with the dough, but be care not to create too large thicknesses
