1 Package Peanut Butter Cookie Mix (Betty Crocker) Mix as directed.
1 - 2 Pints of Vanilla or Chocolate Ice Cream
Peanut Butter Cups or any Crushed candy bars you like
chocolate syrup
Using a MINI CUPCAKE pan, roll cookie dough into balls & place in pan that's been sprayed with non-stick spray. Using a dowel or by hand form each ball into shape of a cup.
Bake for 8 minutes only.
Cool, fill with small balls of ice cream (using melon baller) then top with crumbled candy bars & drizzle with chocolate syrup. Beautiful original & delicious.
