6 Vine Tomatoes ( connected to vine) ~Optional
Extra virgin Olive oil
12 Whole garlic cloves
Fresh Cilantro
1 Fresh lemon
sea salt & fresh ground pepper
Grill the Tomatoes with the vine.
Soak the Tomaotes in water so that the vine does not burn while grilling or oven broiling.
Add the garlic ( do not peel it )
Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes & garlic if broiling.
If Grilling the tomatoes wait until done.
Takes less than 10 minutes. every 3 minutes turn the tomatoes if grilling so all sides are cooked but still a little firm.
Remove and serve on a platter .
Drizzle Olive oil, juice of half lemon,
add fresh cilentro, sea salt & pepper.
Peel the gralic and add to the tomatoe dish.
Makes a nice healthy side dish. Goes great with any kind of meat, tuna salad, etc,
