1 26.5 oz can of Hunt's Original Style Traditional Speghetti sauce, 8 oz of Uncooked Spaghetti Noodles, lots of water, 1 pound of lean Ground Beef, 8 oz of shredded Mozzarella Cheese, 2 Tbsp finely grated Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to about 400 degrees.
In a large saucepan bring about 3/4 a pan of water to a boil. While waiting on the water to boil get out all other ingredients and begin to brown the ground beef in an iron skillet.
Once the water is boiling add spaghetti. (I like to break my in half but that is optional) Gently stir the spaghetti to prevent sticking and allow to boil for about seven minutes.
While spaghetti is boiling cook and crumble ground beef until fully done and no longer pink. Drain the meat and add spaghetti sauce. Stir, cover, and turn heat to lowest setting.
When noodles are done drain them well and place in a medium sized casserole dish that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray such as Pam. Sprinkle about half of the Mozzarella cheese over the spaghetti.
Pour Spaghetti sauce over the noodles and cheese and top with the remaining Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle the Parmesan on top of the Mozzarella and then place casserole dish in the oven. Bake for about 10-13 minutes or until cheese has began to bubble and lightly brown.
Enjoy with a nice crisp Salad and a glass of Iced Tea and you are all set for a tasty delight!
Depending on your families taste you may add chopped onions or garlic to the ground beef while it is cooking or maybe chopped tomatoes or mushrooms.
Tip: If you spray around the inside top of your saucepan the water shouldn't boil over.
