1.25 snapper or any other whole fish fillets that you like
6 potato - thinly sliced
50 g parmesan or pecorino - grated
3 garlic clotes
1 bundle/package parsley leves - chopped
olive oil
salt
pepper
Grease generously medium tray. Arrange a layer of half of the potatoes. Spread about half of the garlic and half of the parsley, and all of your cheese. spread all of the fish above all that. Arrange the second half of the potatoes, parsley and garlic on top . Salt and pepper little bit of olive oil and place in a heated oven of 180 degrees. Bake 40-30 minutes.
